We were formed in 2003, originally under the name of ERM Solutions Ltd when our primary focus was to provide specialist implementation services for a leading HR software vendor.  Our continued expansion has allowed us to define a broader range of products and an extended range of associated support and professional services.

Based in Central Scotland, our customer base spans small, medium and large enterprises, ranging in size from 10 staff to 10,000 staff and encompasses wide and diverse industry sectors.  With each organisation we devote attention to each of our customers, treating them as individuals and tailoring our products and services to their individual needs.
