Location: Stirling Closing date: Friday 27th August 2010 Working as part of our sales & marketing team, we are looking to recruit a software sales consultant who will achieve sales through the resale of HR related software systems to new and existing accounts. The position is to be carried out within a specific geographic region in the UK, for which the Account Manager will have ultimate responsibility for the new business revenue the region generates and the establishment and management of a fruitful sales pipe in that region. Position details: Main Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledge and Skills Required: Experience: Additional Key Results Areas: You'll have a can-do attitude, an ability to think creatively, a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind. You'll be able to demonstrate resilience and determination whilst remaining flexible and responsive to changing needs within a multi-discipline team. The ability to switch between technology products is essential, as is the ability to solve problems whilst working under pressure and to tight time scales. You'll enjoy working as part of a well-integrated team and must have good listening, verbal and written communication skills. You'll also be required to work unsupervised as part of your daily routine and will be able to manage your own time effectively. In return you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of a suite of highly successful products as well as becoming an integral part of a key team within the organisation. Previous experience of Human Resource Management software would provide a solid platform on which to excel in this role.
