The Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama requested our help and guidance on replacing the combination of spreadsheets, paper files, soft files and databases currently in use. A system was required that would allow all HR data to be consolidated reducing the amount of manual processes and labour involved. Having recognised the business benefits that could be achieved the Academy planned to automate a range of HR processes using configurable and highly flexible workflow, enabling them to either customise the standard modules or automate other administrative procedures.

A web-enabled resource management tool with integrated workflow design tools will greatly enhance the management of their workforce data, processes and policies and they themselves identified the functionality needed to manage the entire employee lifecycle in one solution.”
