Dingbro adopt People Inc.

Since 1973, Dingbro have become synonymous with excellence in the field of automotive component distribution. With over 900 employees in 18 sites throughout Scotland, Dingbro are Scotland's largest independent motor factoring group, servicing an area from Shetland and the Faroe Islands down to the Scottish borders.

They have recently awarded activHR Consulting the contract to provide them with a replacement HR software system and have adopted the People Inc. product to support the entire business needs of administering all employee records.

The initial focus of the project was to concentrate on implementing the new software environment, with a particular focus on streamlining and automating some specific HR processes. The secondary phases of the project were to deliver the functional capabilities for Learning and Development programmes and Health & Safety management and the integration with their existing and established 3rd party payroll software, Pegasus Opera.
