HR system 'health check'

Lindsays has one of the fastest growing legal teams in Scotland; as such they recognised a need for their HR system, that caters for specific employee record keeping, to be properly evaluated and fully supported ongoing.

Since the audit has been carried out, a full response has been submitted, commenting on how well the system has been configured and is currently being utilised, alongside further recommendations where further efficiency gains might be made, and a clear roadmap on systems development needed to support the strategic aims and ambitions of the HR department.”
