By continually developing new features and working with new technology, this autumn sees the release of Cascade V4 the latest and greatest offering! Some truly exciting features and revisions have made their way into version 4 to ensure Cascade stays ahead of the game in browser-based HR & Payroll software.
Dan Edwards Cascade’s technical director says “As we rapidly approach our 200th live client we now have a steady stream of client suggestions in our product roadmap which is richer than ever. Much of version 4 addresses real customer requirements and ideas to give increasing depth and usability to the Cascade product.” New release features include: Enhanced Office Reports
Building on top of the already popular office reporting functionality, “Enhanced Office Reports” have been developed. Sophisticated management reports can now be created by the user incorporating advanced features, such as multiple point-in-time reporting, complex formulas, multiple charts and advanced layouts. Cascade Version 4 sees the addition of smart new features such as prompted queries, formula builder, additional data, point-in-time and range based queries. Intranet Integrations
Version 4 sees 3 areas of Cascade available to quick and easy integration: Phone Lists, Organisation Charts and Training Course Diaries are all available for integration into our customers Intranets. Training Manager
The training system has been re-worked and revamped for Version 4 to include much wanted depth and breadth of features. Lots of suggestions from our clients, such as the inclusion of external delegates and graphical training diaries have been addressed in the latest revision. Streamlined User Interface
Clients often comment on the usability, clean look and feel and intuitiveness of the Cascade product. Building on this, the navigation has now been further streamlined to include auto-complete search boxes, context sensitive recent items and system wide configurable dashboards.
