Youmanage Ltd acquisition

Atlantic Link Ukraine acquires Youmanage Ltd with the express intent to promote and develop the Youmanage online HR toolkit and to develop Youmanage Ltd as a strong and innovative HR SAAS software solution provider in the UK, Europe and the US.

Atlantic Link Ukraine will work with the existing clients and partners of Youmanage Ltd to further develop what is considered to be probably the best Online Software HR toolkit in the UK today. They have been developing software in Ukraine for over 12 years and have developed solutions for many industry sectors such as performance management, E-learning, rapid authoring, collaborative authoring, business process management, public access, online software solutions and corporate planning applications.

The Company, who employ over 50 software professionals in Ukraine and has been developing solutions for over 12 years, is very excited about this acquisition as it takes Atlantic Link Ukraine into the HR solution sector which has been a goal of the company for several months.
