Staffcare, the employee benefits software company, has licensed its software to activHR Consulting as part of its continued expansion across the UK. activHR Consulting Ltd, formerly ERM Solutions Ltd, has been delivering HR software solutions to businesses in Scotland and North England since 2003. Recognising the growing trend for HR departments to source software to assist with benefits communication and flexible benefits, activHR Consulting will bring its own branded product to market based on the Staffcare technology. This is a new approach from Staffcare who until now has restricted its software licensing to employee benefit consultants.Founder & CEO of Staffcare Phil Hollingdale says “Historically, companies have turned to their benefit consultants for reward communication and benefits administration software, but as the market matures and software becomes more commoditised, companies will be looking to software vendors to assist them with their implementation.
